The supply of this medicine requires a prescription written by a New Zealand registered healthcare practitioner.
Your prescriber can send an eRx to: centralfeildingpharmacy@gmail.com
If you have the original Paper prescription with you, you too can email a photo/scan copy of your prescription to the above email as well* (It must show the barcode clearly on the photo/scan)
In the subject header of your email – please put ‘ PRESCRIPTION FOR: (insert name here) ‘
Medicine will only be couriered out once we have a prescription. If we do not receive your prescription within 10 working days your order will be cancelled.
Prescriptions are delivered SIGNATURE REQUIRED. If you wish to have your prescription Non signature, please click here to go to the NZ Post website and arrange with NZ Post for an Authority to Leave (without requiring a signature).
